Mark is a Director in the Charleston office of Brown Edwards. He has extensive experience assisting individuals and businesses with tax planning and compliance issues. He assists physicians and group practices with practice setup, accounting, practice management, and billing and collection issues. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and West Virginia State Tax Department and also advises clients with state and local tax issues including consumer sales tax and property tax. In addition, he analyzes and implements fraud-related internal control procedures.
