Large-Firm Resources with a Small-Firm Feel

Brown Edwards is the right firm for you.

Brown Edwards is more than a place you work. It is a network of like-minded professionals and a community of friends who are with you every step of the way. Starting on day one, you will be enrolled in the BE Buddy Program and assigned a fellow team member to help you acclimate to Brown Edwards and your new role on the team.

Since our firm is focused on industry niches, you will be cross-trained in several areas, gaining experience working with numerous clients. From there, you will have the opportunity to choose a specialty area to focus your career.

Your professional growth is a top priority for the firm, which is why we offer opportunities for professional development. We’ve established a year-round coaching program designed to provide professional guidance toward your career advancement. We aid in CPE Compliance by sponsoring in-person and virtual training sessions throughout the year.
