Our first year associates are given professional assignments immediately, becoming involved with audits, reviews, compilations, and preparation of individual and corporate tax returns. Background Checks & Verification

All offers of employment at Brown Edwards are contingent upon satisfactory results of a thorough background check. Background checks consist of prior employment verification, educational verification, criminal history and will be conducted on all final candidates. Former Associates returning to the Firm must undergo an updated background check if they have been inactive with the Firm for six months or longer. Current Associates may be required to undergo an updated background check and/or drug screen prior to working with a specific client or otherwise as may be required by the Firm in its sole discretion.  Brown Edwards electronically confirms the eligibility of all Employees to work in the United States.
