New CPA Bonus
All associates are encouraged to obtain their CPA license, and we provide the resources for you to be successful. The Firm will reimburse you up to $2,000 for exam prep materials and provide direct access to team members who can provide advice and guidance in preparation for the CPA exam.
Once you receive your CPA license, you will receive a $3,000 salary increase and a bonus of $1,500 ($2,500 if you pass the exam within your first year of employment).

Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
A minimum of 40 hours of CPE are provided to all full-time professional associates based on their educational needs.
Professional Memberships and Civic Organizations
You are encouraged to join and participate in professional and civic organizations. The Firm will pay associate membership dues in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the State Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and approved civic organizations.

How Far Do You Want To Go?
Execute basic audit, tax, and other assignments while working under the direct supervision of more experienced accountants. Your professional development will be in broad nature, designed to provide a well-rounded growth opportunity.
Complete fieldwork for larger audit assignments, prepare more-complex tax returns, and perform research. Your professional development will include basic, general nature CPE with the addition of some specialized training.
Simultaneously conduct multiple engagements while maintaining secondary contact with clients and supervisory responsibilities of In-Charge Associates and Associates. Your professional development will be focused on specific technical areas and include management training.
In addition to your management duties, you’ll be directly involved with clients and act as the primary supervision for client service while providing high-quality results. Your professional development will continue with management and technical area training.
Use your technical expertise and quality control skills to maximize client satisfaction and service while training and developing lower-level team members to hone their skills. Your professional development will continue with trainings in management, and areas of technical and special-knowledge skills.
Participate in managing industry niches and be a leader in your area of focus to your team and clients alike. Maintain key relationships with clients, actively participate in the generation of new business, and respond to risk management and quality control issues.
You will be a primary driver of profitability and growth, and participate in the firm’s strategic initiatives and maintain key relationships with clients. You may also have the opportunity to lead one of the firm’s practice or technical areas and be part of the firm’s leadership team.
