Professional Development

Coaching Program

CPE Support

A minimum of 40 hours of CPE are provided to all full-time professional associates based on their educational needs.

Professional Memberships and Civic Organizations

You are encouraged to join and participate in professional and civic organizations. The Firm will pay associate membership dues in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the State Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and approved civic organizations.

New CPA Bonus

All associates are encouraged to obtain their CPA license, and we provide the resources for you to be successful. The Firm will reimburse you up to $2,000 for exam prep materials and provide direct access to team members who can provide advice and guidance in preparation for the CPA exam. Once you receive your CPA license, you will receive a salary increase and a bonus.

Through employee surveys, annual reviews, and data analysis, we track our advancements in employee satisfaction and firm initiatives and implement action plans for continual improvement.
