As COVID-19 has grown to pandemic levels, we wanted to take the opportunity to reach out to our clients to make them aware of the tools that Brown Edwards has in place to continue to serve you during uncertain times and provide some peace of mind.  If you have concerns about visiting one of our office locations, we have technology that will allow us to continue to serve you and still provide you the exceptional service you expect.   We strongly encourage our elderly clients or persons with underlying health conditions to take advantage of the tools listed below, but know that you can still mail in your documents, as we included a return envelope when we sent out your organizers.   As always, we welcome your calls.

The technology systems we have in place and use to serve our clients are robust and can be easily and securely accessed, regardless of where our associates and clients are working.

Secure File Transfer

Brown Edwards has the ability to send and receive files using a secure file transfer portal, known as ShareFile. This option eliminates the need to mail or hand deliver sensitive documents.  View Secure Portal

Right Signature

In addition, some documents can be signed digitally via Right Signature. This tool allows you to electronically sign documents without needing to print, sign and scan it back to us. It also automatically notifies us when you’ve completed signing the documents so we can keep the process moving forward.


SafeSend allows Brown Edwards to electronically deliver your tax returns, as well as your E-filing forms, and estimates (along with reminders) securely through an encrypted delivery system that relies on Question & Answer vs easily forgotten password.

Virtual Meetings

Brown Edwards has the ability to video conference and share screens utilizing the latest in conferencing software. When requested, your BE team member can setup a virtual meeting with you and provide a call-in number and link to utilize video and screen sharing. This can be done from a phone or computer.
